Fire roasted Mediterranean Dry
Rub
Description: The
Mediterranean dry rub & marinade add flavor, not fat. A collection of
unique seasoning blends created by All Stars Dips, to enhance your
everyday meals to taste like a gourmet dish.

Ingredients: Salt, black pepper, Garlic Powder, Corn starch, beef
base, Natural flavors and spices.
A rub is a highly concentrated blend of herbs and spices applied to
meat, fish or poultry to accentuate the flavor when grilling.
To use as a rub: Sprinkle on the surface of meat, fish or poultry. Wait
10 minutes then grill.
To use as a marinade: Place seasoned meat, fish or poultry in the
refrigerator for 2 hours or longer prior to grilling.
Helpful hints: When using a rub o poultry or fowl, be sure to apply
the seasoning under the skin so that the flavor absorb directly into the
meat.

Grilled Mediterranean Veggies:
1 medium onion (cut into 1/2 inches slices).
1/4 cup olive oil.
1 medium eggplant. (cut into 3/4 inches slices).
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar.
1 red bell pepper (cut into 1 1/2 in. pieces).
2 Tbsp. Fire Roasted creations Mediterranean Dry Rub.
1 large Portobello mushroom (cut into 1 1/2 in. pieces).
Put vegetables in a large shallow dish and drizzle with the olive
oil. Sprinkle with seasoning & toss to coat. Drain excess oil & place
vegetables on a prepared charcoal grill or indoor electric grill. Cook
vegetables 3 to5 minutes, turning once, until just tender. Vegetables
are best if still a bit crisp & not cooked through. Sprinkle with the
vinegar just before serving.
