If for some reason your are not satisfied with your All Stars Dips purchase, within the first thirty (30) days after you received the product, we will take it back and grant a refund or exchange the item. Simply contact our Customer Service Department via E-mail at customerservice@allstarsdips.com We will get back to you with the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) (REQUIRED FOR ALL SHIPMENTS) and instructions on how and where to send the merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in the original condition with all packing material, manuals and registration cards. REFUNDS DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES.
